Throughout the season, Land-Grant Holy Land will be bringing you uncut audio primarily from Ohio State press conference, but also from individual breakout sessions.
On today’s episode, the Ohio State Buckeyes’ head coach Ryan Day takes to the podium for the second time during his football team’s fall camp. At the press conference on Tuesday, Day updated the progress that he’d seen in the first few days of practice, noting that he believed that the team had seven offensive lineman ready to contribute significantly right away. After losing four starters along the o-line from last season, having a solid front will go a long way for the Buckeyes this season.

Day also mentioned that the wide receivers have been performing well in camp, especially those that are looking to earn substantive playing time for the first time in their careers. And, as expected, Day still says that it’s too early to name a starting quarterback.
