Recruiting is 24/7 in the Buckeye state, so we try to oblige that with our continuation of the State Secrets podcast!

Recording on Saturday afternoon lets us talk about the how the new blood is doing in their high-school games, and the five star recruits did not disappoint. Jack Sawyer, playing the fairly unique dual DE QB role, was pivotal in an upset win against Dublin Jerome. He was a game-changer in both spots, getting a couple sacks and a fumble recovery, and scored a couple touchdowns on offense.

Over in Pennsylvania, Julian Fleming broke the PIAA records for career yards and touchdowns. DE and WR showing out? That should sound quite familiar to Ohio State Buckeyes fans.

Besides recapping the high school games, we also cover:

  • The two new offers that went out this week by OSU
  • The trouble at the running back spot in the 2020 group
  • Two other five stars committing to rival schools
  • What could be a historic Clemson class
  • Predicting how the 2020 OSU class will finish out and previewing the 2021 class.
