Outside the Shoe is a podcast that focuses on Ohio State sports that aren’t football or men’s basketball related.
On this week’s edition of Outside the Shoe, Meredith Hein and Geoff Hammersley take a look into the happenings around the Ohio State field hockey and women’s volleyball programs.
After winning their first two contests of the season, the field hockey squad goes on the road to face James Madison and Virginia. Meredith gives insight, reviewing the wins against Umass and Boston, while previewing the key factors for OSU.
Women’s volleyball also started their season on the right foot. Winning two of the first three matches inside the new Covelli Center, the Buckeyes are on the road this weekend. Meredith and Geoff talk about the looming hurdles on the horizon for women’s volleyball, and the big three matches this weekend Pittsburgh.
