No. 3 Ohio State Buckeyes (-11.5) at No. 18 Penn State Nittany Lions | over/under 64.5

Game Date/Time: Saturday, Oct. 31, 7:30 p.m. ET
Location: State College, Penn. | Beaver Stadium
TV: ABC
Radio: 97.1 FM/1460 AM

The No. 3 Buckeyes will play under the lights for the first time this season as they travel to Happy Valley to take on the No. 18 Nittany Lions. While Ohio State won their season opener 52-17 over the Nebraska Cornhuskers, the Nits lost one of the most bonkers games in recent memory 36-35 to the No. 17 Indiana Hoosiers.

Unlike in recent trips to State College, the Buckeyes will not be subject to one of the most hostile crowds in the country, as there will be no fans in Beaver Stadium tonight. However, there are plenty of things that PSU still has going for it, including a running quarterback in Sean Clifford, a dynamic tight end in Pat Freiermuth, a stout pass rush, and more than competent cornerbacks.

After suffering a devastating hit against the Huskers, junior wide receiver Chris Olave has been cleared to return to action for OSU, and his presence on the field will be a big bonus for the Buckeyes. Will it be enough to keep Ohio State’s national championship hopes alive? I think so.

Matt’s Game Prediction: Ohio State 45-17

Justin Fields: Passing: 260 yards, 3 TDs | Rushing: 50 yards, 1 TD
Trey Sermon and Master Teague: 125 yards, 2 TDs
