The No. 9 ranked Hoosiers— who, for the first time since 1967, have been ranked in the top-10 of the AP Poll in consecutive weeks— are coming to town to take on the No. 3 Ohio State Buckeyes. This is expected to be the toughest match up on Ohio State’s schedule, despite the Buckeyes opening as 21-point favorites.
It’s no secret that Indiana is out for blood and then some this season, and head coach Tom Allen has said he will do whatever it takes to take down Ohio State, leaving absolutely nothing on the field. Obviously Justin Fields and his army of receivers can hold their own, but can Ohio State’s defense— specifically their secondary— stop quarterback Michael Penix Jr., who has thrown for 1,070 yards and nine touchdowns in four games this year? As Allen said earlier this week in his press conference, whoever plays the best 60 minutes of football will leave Ohio Stadium victorious.

Where is “Game Day” this weekend?
The College GameDay crew is headed to Oklahoma for the Big 12 matchup of the week— No. 14 Oklahoma State versus No. 18 Oklahoma. The Cowboys and Sooners are scheduled to kickoff at 7:30 p.m. ET on ABC Saturday night.
What’s the rest of the Big Ten up to today?
Once again, the Big Ten finds itself one game short, as Maryland had 15 players test positive for COVID-19 this week, along with head coach Mike Locksley. Their game against Michigan State has been canceled, making it their second canceled game in a row. Other than that, we have an undefeated Northwestern (4-0) and an undefeated Wisconsin (2-0), who will kick off at 3:30 p.m. ET on ABC in a showdown that just might settle the Big Ten West. Illinois heads to Nebraska for a noon kick off on FS1 and Iowa will take on Penn State at 3:30 p.m. ET on BTN. In the evening, we have arguably one of the best matchups of the day— Michigan vs. Rutgers at 7:30 p.m. ET. on BTN.
