Ryan Day’s No. 3 Buckeyes will appear on the Big Ten Network for the first time this season, and they will host their first night game of the year as well as Greg Schiano’s Rutgers Scarlet Knights visit The Horseshoe. Ohio State is 6-0 all-time against Rutgers, and has beaten then by an average score of 54.5 to 8.

I don’t think that anybody is expecting Rutgers to win, but the Buckeyes will certainly look to continue to pad their resume for the College Football Playoff committee. So, while Day might not want to run up the score on Schiano, I just don’t think that Rutgers has enough talent to even keep this one close.
