Hangout in the Holy Land is back to give you their breakdown of all things Buckeyes. The hosts are new, the football season is new, but the sarcasm hasn’t changed a bit. Join George Eisner and myself all year long as we break down Ohio State’s opponents and recap the Buckeyes’ performance each weekend.

No. 3 Ohio State defeats Rutgers 49-27
This game was a tale of two halves, as Ohio State got out to an easy 35-3 lead in the first half before throwing it into cruise control in the second. Justin Fields continues to look like the greatest quarterback to ever do it in Columbus, and Chris Olave and Garrett Wilson are probably the best wide receiver duo in the country. The defense and the run game can still use a bit of work, but there is no reason to panic about anything just yet.
On today’s episode, George and I discuss what we saw in Saturday night’s affair. We talk about why we think the defense struggled so much in the second half, what the issues are with the Buckeyes’ run game, and continue the LGHL way of hopping on the #FreeDemario train. We end the show by discussing some of your tweets, which you can send us @HolyLandPod on Twitter.
We’ll be back on Wednesday with a preview of Ohio State’s next matchup with Maryland, which has gotten a lot more interesting after the Terrapins took it Penn Sate on Saturday.
