With no sports to watch while we are all stuck at home (seriously, stay home), some of you might be doing some spring cleaning and re-organizing your Ohio State shrines — you do have an Ohio State shrine, right? Well, we’ve got two fantastic items that you should be adding to your memorabilia collections while the world is basically on lockdown.
Earlier this year (oh my gosh, was that really this year?), two of the most productive Ohio State Buckeyes in the NFL were presented with prestigious awards at the NFL Honors ceremony. Record-breaking New Orleans Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas was named the Offensive Player of the Year and first-year San Francisco 49ers’ defensive end Nick Bosa was named both the Defensive Rookie of the Year and the NFL’s overall Rookie of the Year.
In recognition of those accomplishments, our friends at FOCO introduced brand-new, collectable bobbleheads featuring both former Buckeyes.

Thomas had an unbelievable 2019 season that saw him set the NFL single-season receptions record with 149 catches, and he led the league with 1,725 receiving yards while also scoring nine touchdowns. For his historic efforts, Thomas was named to his third straight Pro Bowl and was a first-team All-Pro. He’s been telling us for years, and he proved it yet again, you simply #CantGuardMike.

Like his brother Joey Bosa before him, Nick put up an incredible performance in his first season in the league. The Small Bear recorded nine sacks and 47 total tackles, chipping in with an interception, a forced fumble, and two passes defended.
Nick Bosa was named to his first Pro Bowl, helping the 49ers finish with a 13-3 record and going all the way to Super Bowl LIV.
