On LGHL’s podcast Play Like a Girl, Tia and Meredith talk everything from Ohio State football to all the happenings in the sports world today.
Major League Baseball and the players union are in the process of negotiating for what a truncated baseball season could look like in 2020. The league proposed a 50-50 revenue split between the league and players. Obviously with a shortened season, that would result in a pay cut for players, which is driving a lot of controversy.
Tia and Meredith discuss their thoughts on this, what they would do if they were the MLB, and why it might make sense for baseball to return before other sports.
They finish the show by discussing what their dream team would look like in the MNF booth now that Joe Tessitore and Booger McFarland are out.
