Welcome to a new episode of Land-Grant Holy Land’s I-70 podcast. On this show we talk all things Big Ten football and basketball. After every week of action, we will get you caught up on all the conference’s games and look ahead at the matchups, storylines, and players that you should be paying attention to in the next week. My name is Jordan Williams, and I am joined by my co-host Dante Morgan.

Jordan tried to warn everyone that unless Iowa figured out their offense they would end up losing. No one expected that loss to come to Purdue but thats exactly what happened. Purdue dominated No. 2 Iowa leading to their first loss and Purdue being ranked for the first time since 2007. Despite some close games against top teams Nebraska couldn’t win the game they needed to for bowl eligibility to stay a realistic option leading the guys to discuss if it’s finally time to fire Scott Frost.

Michigan State survives a tough Indiana team and Jordan’s dream is still alive. We are one Michigan win from an undefeated match up between top ten ranked Michigan and Michigan State. Despite, or because of, their success is this the last year for Mel Tucker at Michigan State? With LSU firing Coach Orgeron, Tucker could be a candidate for one of the best jobs in all of college football.

It’s another limited slate with only five games due to bye weeks but Dante and Jordan preview a few of next weeks games. Can Michigan stay undefeated? Will Purdue keep winning and defeat a stumbling Wisconsin team? and can Indiana out a scare into Ohio State? In their weekly pitstop Jordan discusses his disdain for the Big Ten’s lack of effort in trying to recruit, develop and maintain good Quarterbacks. Dante talks about referees in college and the NFL. Why is no one holding them accountable and what changes need to be made to make the sport more enjoyable.
