In this first edition of the latest season of Hangout in the Holy Land, the guys recap the 2021 NFL Draft. Gene, Josh and Justin discuss Justin Fields going to the Bears at No. 11 overall, including what they felt about his outcome as the fourth QB off the board and how they think he fits in with the current roster in Chicago. Plus, they give their thoughts on many of the other Ohio State products selected in this year’s draft and some of their favorite landing spots for the nine other Buckeyes taken.
They finish off the show talking about Jameson Williams’ decision to transfer to Alabama, what it may mean for the speedy wideout in Tuscaloosa, and what impact it will have on Ohio State’s loaded wide receiver room.
Hangout in the Holy Land will be dropping every Wednesday throughout the offseason, and will return to its usual twice-a-week schedule once the regular season gets underway. As always, be sure to download and listen in wherever you get your podcasts, and leave us a review on Apple to let us know how we can make things even better!
You can also follow us on Twitter @HolyLandPod, as we’ll be getting that account fired back up with the new season of the show. If there’s anything you’d like us to talk about on the show, @ us and let us know!
