On today’s episode of Hangout in the Holy Land, Gene and Josh get you caught up on all the latest Ohio State news from over the weekend, including the latest Buckeye football commitment and the newest member of the OSU men’s hoops team. They do a little breakdown of each player and what they could mean to their respective teams both in the recruiting world and how they impact the rosters.

They then jump into this week’s theme here at Land-Grant Holy Land: What if?

The guys discuss a handful of Ohio State hypotheticals, including what would have happened if J.T. Barrett didn’t get injured in the final game of the 2014 regular season and the different scenarios that may have played out in the B1G title game that year and beyond, as well as what would the plan of attack be if Ryan Day were to pursue an NFL head coaching job at the conclusion of the 2021 season and the candidates we would want to see looked at to coach the Buckeyes.

Hangout in the Holy Land will be dropping every Wednesday throughout the offseason, and will return to its usual twice-a-week schedule once the regular season gets underway. Be sure to download and listen in wherever you get your podcasts, and leave us a review on Apple to let us know your thoughts and how we can make things even better!
