Ohio State’s alumni basketball squad Carmen’s Crew opened up The Basketball Tournament in the Covelli Center in the Columbus Region with a huge win against Mid American Unity 77- 65.

Jordan Williams and Christopher Renne provide an instant reaction show to break down how Carmen’s Crew was able to escape round one victorious. Former Buckeyes William Buford, David Lighty, and Kosta Koufos led the way scoring and the guys are here to breakdown how Carmen’s Crew was able to fight off a shaky start offensively and overcome a few Mid American Unity runs.

They get into their key moments and players who had the biggest impact on the game and give a quick preview for the next matchup.

The next game for Carmen’s Crew is Sunday against the Men of Mackey Sunday at 4 PM EST with longtime foes reigniting past rivalries in the Round of 32 on ESPN.

They will look to continue their redemption from a disappointing early exit last year.
