On today’s episode of “Buck Off with Christopher Renne,” I am joined as always by Jordan Williams who get into the huge announcement Ryan Day made on Thursday. Ohio State will have a new starting quarterback for their game against Akron and the guys discuss.

The episode original episode was recorded Wednesday, so you can see the rest of our conversation from earlier in the week regarding the quarterbacks as well, but the remainder of the show is basically bullying Akron. This show was a lot of fun, so we hope you guys stay with us for the whole ride.

Moving forward, we get into a discussion about what Ohio State needs to do against Akron to get back on the right track and it all starts with executing better on both sides of the football. We continue that discussion with what the defense can do to keep improving as the weeks go on and what the last thing before conference play that we want to see from them is.

Lastly, we discuss Akron and how Ohio State greatly outmatched the Zips. What challenges can they provide? That question does not have a great answer because Ohio State should walk out on the field and sleep walk to a win. We closeout the show by discussing what Ohio State has to gain from this game and how excited we are for it.
